Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The food offered was delicious and the entertainment was great. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was only a few steps away from the beach, which was convenient for soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean view. The pool was also a great feature, perfect for cooling down after spending time in the sun.

Many times, I found myself confused about the hotel's policies and amenities. , some of the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation.

The location of the hotel is remote and peaceful with a nice 5 km beach on both sides of the neighbourhood. However, there are better restaurants in Nosy Be. The room is spacious with a nicely dressed bathroom. The pool and beach are very nice facilities.

The service at the hotel was lacking and not up to the standard expected of a four-star hotel. Requests for a pickup and twin beds were ignored, and late checkout was not accommodated.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was incredibly spacious. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us like VIPs, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
